What is an NFT?

NFT stands for Non-Fungible Token. I know that doesn’t help explain what it is. A NFT uses the blockchain similar to crypto coins like bitcoin except for the fact they are unique one of a kind tokens many times linked to artwork. Using the blockchain has many benefits such as tracking providence of a collectible and also giving the creator the ability to program smart contracts in the the NFT to perform additional utilities.
How do i get a NFT wallet?

Wallets for NFTs are easy and free to get. You can use Phantom to store your City Spirit NFTs. Once you get a wallet you will want to make sure to keep your private keys and recovery phrase secret and never share them with anyone. You can safely use your public address to receive NFTs and other cypto tokens.

If you feel you are in the right place (you might get that feeling creeping up your back) you will need to unlock the clues to capturing the Spirit. Clues can be time and place dependent so keep an eye and an ear out for more clues. Each haunting has different clues found in different ways so be ready to get creative and team up with others.

What type of location do i need for a haunting to take place?

Anywhere can be a good place. Hotels, restaurants, public places, and tourist attractions are all great places. The more unique the better and if your location has a good history that can make our game clues more interesting the better your haunting will be! Got a haunted house that can use a Spirit?
How do Spirit sighting Sponsorships work?

You will need to have some sort of digital sign, billboard or digital menu that our Spirit Graphics can be added to. We work with Dinerdashboard.com to make Spirits appear on restaurant menu signage. Other options could be floor, wall or ceiling projection. Spirits will be shown at your location at certain times/days and people will need to come to our website and enter in the time/date/place they saw a Spirit to be entered to win that Spirit.
Can sponsors play the game?

Yes! anyone who is 18 year old or older can play. If you are a player it will help you to understand how it works when people visit your location. You just can’t be the one who get the free Spirit since you will be the one giving it away! All sponsors get a free Spirit NFT for their giveaway. You can also buy additional Spirits if you want to give out more!
